POLICIES

KEY DEPOSIT

A minimum $10.00 deposit is required on check-in day. The refund will be processed at the same time as the security deposit.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A deposit of 40% of the total rental shall be required at the time of reservation, payable by cash, money order, Visa, Mastercard or cheque. The balance shall be payable up on arrival, however, no cheques shall be accepted on balance.

CANCELLATION

60% of the reservation deposit shall be refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to date of occupancy. No refunds on cancellations under 30 days of occupancy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of a minimum $200.00 shall be required at the time of arrival. Amounts will be payable by Visa or Mastercard and refunded following departure as long as there are no damages, additional charges for cleaning, disturbing the peace or long distance phone calls during your stay.

ARRIVAL

Key pick-up is before 4:00 pm at 10 Principale N, Sutton
Please advise us if you forsee being later than 4:00 pm

DEPARTURE

The condo or chalet should be vacant and the keys returned before 11:00 am at 10 Principale N, Sutton.

ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted.

BATH AND TEA TOWELS

You must bring your own bath and tea towels.
